China Monk Fruit Powdered Sweetener: Bulk & Certified
When you’re sourcing sugar alternatives, the math often comes back to cost—and nobody beats China on that front. But cheap doesn’t have to mean sketchy. Monk fruit powder travels from the orchards in Guangxi to our extraction workshops in Hunan. We’ve been part of that route for over a decade, and we know how to keep it clean. The certifications? FDA, HACCP, GMP, CE, BRC. They’re not just logos on a PDF; they’re what get your shipment through customs without a second look. Our production capacity is built for volume—monthly throughput can handle multi-ton orders without blinking. What you’ll actually care about in your R&D lab is batch-to-batch sweetness consistency. We monitor from fruit harvest to spray drying, so the mogroside V content doesn’t drift. We position ourselves as a budget supplier, which means we cut the marketing fluff, not the quality controls. If you’re comparing quotes, factor in that we don’t add middlemen: the orchard, the extraction, the testing—it’s all under one roof. That’s how we keep the numbers friendly. Get in touch if you want a sample or just want to talk specs.
Technical Detail
Hunan Huacheng Biotech isn’t new to the game. We’ve been extracting monk fruit sweetener since the early days of the natural sweetener wave. Because we control the full chain—from monk fruit bases in Guilin to processing in Hunan—you skip the markup that comes with multiple intermediaries. Our powder is water-extracted and spray-dried; no solvents, no aftertaste stories. Certifications stack up: FDA, HACCP, GMP, BRC, CE. Auditors come through regularly, and we pass. Capacity-wise, we’re equipped to meet large-scale demands without lead time surprises. Technically speaking, the product spec is tight: particle size is tuned for quick dissolution, ideal for beverage powders, protein mixes, or tabletop sweeteners. Mogroside V levels are typically in the 50% range (higher on request), and we provide COA with every batch—heavy metals, microbes, the works. For clients who need a custom sweetening profile, we also blend monk fruit with erythritol or other polyols at our facility. You won’t find glossy brochures here, but you will find a supplier that treats your order like its own production run. If you’re evaluating Chinese monk fruit sources, we’re worth a call.

FAQ
For standard specs, 25 kg is the starting point. If you need a small sample for bench work, we can arrange 1 kg, but the shipping costs might sting compared to the product value. Bulk orders (500 kg and above) get better freight terms.
We had the same worry early on. Now we run every batch past HPLC, and the mogroside V content rarely drifts more than ±2% from the spec sheet. We also taste-test against a reference. If your formulation is sensitive, we can tighten that window further—just let us know during ordering.
It settles clear in solution once you give it a decent stir. The spray-dried granulation keeps it from clumping. If you’re working with a pH below 3.5, it holds up fine—no precipitation or bitter notes in our experience.
Yes. We provide the usual paperwork: commercial invoice, packing list, COA, and certifications. Since we hold FDA registration and BRC, customs clearance rarely causes delays. You’ll need to handle the import duties on your end, obviously.
We do that in-house. Send us your target ratio and packaging preference, and we’ll blend and pack. There’s no extra charge for blending if the order volume is above 500 kg. Just factor in a few extra days for processing.
