We mostly produce to customer-defined specs. The most common requests we see fall between 5% and 80% ginsenosides (UV), but our extraction team can target narrower ranges once we agree on an analytical method. Before the first bulk order, we'd typically run a trial batch and send you retained samples and a full CoA.

It's flexible depending on whether you need a standard grade we already stock or a custom specification. For trials, we can go as low as 1kg. Regular production orders usually start at 25kg, which keeps freight costs reasonable. Three main things: raw material blending at the sourcing stage, process parameters locked after the pilot batch, and in-process checks at key steps (extract concentration, spray-drying inlet/outlet temperatures). Every finished batch goes through internal QC against the agreed spec; then we hold retained samples for at least two years. If your own lab's results ever differ from our CoA, we'll re-test the retained sample together with a third-party lab.

We maintain FDA registration, HACCP, GMP, CE, and BRC certifications. All are renewed on schedule—our quality manager keeps a public calendar of surveillance audits so clients know when re-certifications happen. If your contract requires an unannounced audit, we can accommodate that with about a week's notice.

Yes, we're used to supporting registration dossiers. Standard documents include our facility GMP certificate, product specification sheet, recent CoA for a production batch, residual solvent statement, allergen statement, and statement of origin. More specific documents like stability data or method validation can be prepared under a separate R&D agreement.
