We supply 70:30, 80:20, 85:15, and 90:10, among others. The right ratio depends on taste target and budget. 85:15 is common in beverages because it balances clean sweetness and cost.

Will the blend have the cooling effect of pure erythritol?

Erythritol absorbs heat during dissolution and creates a cooling sensation. The effect is weaker in a blend, especially with a higher stevia ratio. If cooling is undesirable, choose a blend with more than 70% stevia.
