Pure Monk Fruit Juice Concentrate: Technical Bulk Sweetener
Replacing sugar in mass-market beverages isn’t just about sweetness — it’s about cost per ton of finished product. We’ve seen formulators struggle with high-intensity sweeteners that blow the budget or leave a lingering aftertaste. Pure monk fruit juice concentrate, sourced through Huacheng’s integrated supply chain, shifts that math. By running our own extraction from fresh monk fruit grown in Hunan’s prime areas, we compress operational steps and keep the per-kilo price competitive without sacrificing mogroside levels. The concentrate arrives as a dark amber liquid, ready to pump into your batching system. It brings a clean, zero-calorie sweetness that holds through pasteurization and shelf-life. No need to layer on masking agents or recalibrate your label — one ingredient, plant-based, GMP-produced, and backed by FDA, BRC, HACCP documentation. This isn’t a lab-made sweetener system. It’s a genuine juice derivative, built for technical buyers who need both performance and a price that works at scale.
Technical Detail
We develop pure monk fruit juice concentrate for food and beverage manufacturers who want to drop sugar without inflating ingredient costs. The supply setup makes the difference. Huacheng owns and coordinates the entire chain — from seedling propagation and contracted farm lots in Guangxi/Hunan to in-house physical pressing, multi-stage membrane filtration, and vacuum evaporation. That vertical integration strips out intermediary markups and lets us deliver consistent brix levels (typically 60–65°Bx) at a budget-friendly price point per sweetness unit. The liquid format also speeds up blending; unlike powder sweeteners, the concentrate disperses fast, even in cold processes. For shelf-stable drinks, it withstands UHT treatment without shedding sweetness. Our QA team runs mogroside profiling on every batch using HPLC, referencing the five key mogrosides (mainly mogroside V) to confirm sweetness contribution. We don’t add carriers, preservatives, or flavor maskers — the finished product holds a clean-label profile, aligning with “100% monk fruit juice concentrate” declarations under EU and North American guidance. Internally, we track heavy metals and microbiological parameters against our BRC-certified plan, with annual FDA facility re-inspections. Stability tests at 25°C/60%RH show less than 5% mogroside loss over 12 months in original sealed packaging, so you can order quarterly without warehousing concerns. Applications run across still flavored waters, kombucha, protein shakes, plant-based yogurts, and low-sugar bakery fillings where liquid dosing is practical. We regularly assist with dilution calculators — typically a 1:400 to 1:500 usage rate against sugar sweetness equivalent, adjusted for your desired sugar reduction claim.

FAQ
Most batches land at 60–65°Bx with a sweetness potency equivalent to about 50–60 times that of sucrose on a dry weight basis. We provide full COA per shipment so you can plug exact numbers into your recipe costing.
When processed correctly, juice concentrate actually carries fewer bitter notes than some powder extracts because the natural fruit components buffer the flavor profile. Our membrane filtration step removes high-molecular-weight fractions that can contribute to aftertaste, so most customers use it without masking agents.
The liquid itself is dark amber, so in a clear sparkling water you’ll get a slight color. For crystal-clear applications, we often recommend our clarified extract. However, in iced teas, kombucha, and flavored waters that aren’t perfectly clear, it works without issue.
We store both fresh fruit puree and intermediate concentrate stages under controlled conditions to blend lots. Our QC lab runs HPLC on each batch before release, and we standardize to a tight mogroside V range — if a batch falls outside, it doesn’t ship until re-blended.
For new customers, we usually ship a 5 kg sample against a paid trial order, processed as a small-scale production batch within 7 working days. Bulk orders start at 200 kg with 15–20 working days from PO confirmation, depending on current harvest stock levels.
